The Building Enclosure Council of St. Louis, a chapter of a national network of Building Enclosure Councils, is dedicated to improving the performance and sustainability of building enclosures.
We provide a forum for contractors, designers, enclosure consultants, building owners, and construction products representatives to exchange perspectives & ideas on the building enclosure issues in our local climate.

The dew point shall always fall outside of the water control layer of the building and never fall inside insulated studs or behind that water control layer.
