The Building Enclosure Council of St. Louis, a chapter of a national network of Building Enclosure Councils, is dedicated to improving the performance and sustainability of building enclosures.

The Council is a catalyst for engagement, exchange, education, and evolution of building enclosures in our local climate.

The Council is a forum for contractors, designers, enclosure consultants, building owners, and construction products representatives to exchange perspectives on the building enclosure issues.
